Job Summary
EVRaid is seeking a highly skilled Senior
Chassis Domain Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer with a minimum of 5 years
of experience in automotive cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring cybersecurity compliance and robustness in the chassis
domain, working in alignment with ISO 21434 and other automotive security standards

Responsibilities
- Automotive Cybersecurity Compliance: Lead vehicle-level cybersecurity activities for the chassis domain, ensuring alignment with ISO 21434 and other relevant industry standards
- TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) Execution: Conduct vehicle-level TARA using Medini, analyzing chassis domain features and functions to identify security risks and propose mitigationsÂ
- Cybersecurity Requirements Development: Define and develop vehicle-level cybersecurity requirements for chassis domain ECUs based on TARA findings, ensuring end-to-end security coverageÂ
- Supplier Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, review security measures, and provide feedback to close gapsÂ
- Component-Level Security Reviews: Evaluate and review Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) considerations, cybersecurity plans, and component-level TARA reports to ensure security robustnessÂ
- Security Architecture & Design: Contribute to the development of secure architectures and designs for chassis domain components, considering potential cybersecurity threats and countermeasuresÂ
- Regulatory & Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to UNECE WP.29 R155/R156 regulations and other applicable global cybersecurity frameworksÂ
- Incident Response & Risk Mitigation: Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incidents within the chassis domainÂ

Stakeholder
Communication: Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and IT security, to
integrate cybersecurity best practices into vehicle development
Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, with expertise in vehicle-level security strategiesÂ
- Strong understanding of ISO 21434, UNECE WP.29 regulations, and cybersecurity risk assessment methodologiesÂ
- Hands-on experience using Medini for conducting Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA)
- Knowledge of chassis domain ECUs, including secure communication protocols, cryptographic implementations, and intrusion detection systems
- Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cybersecurity alignment and complianceÂ
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as Medini, TARA tools, penetration testing tools, and security validation frameworksÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex cybersecurity challengesÂ

Excellent verbal and
written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical security
concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment in the automotive domain
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or ISO 21434 practitioner certificationÂ
- Knowledge of embedded systems security and functional safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience in developing security architectures for automotive control systems
